Meet Lori Ralston

Reaching out for help takes courage, and it’s ok if you don’t know where to begin. We will start where you are and together we will move to where you want to be.

During our most vulnerable moments, I believe we are most open to growth.

Do you ever feel like you’re pretending everything is ok when you know deep down it’s not? Tired of masking your feelings because you’re fearful or ashamed or just don’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve been feeling completely broken, disconnected from yourself and your relationships. We’ve all been there, feeling overwhelmed and struggling to find hope. Our time together can be a time for renewal as you flourish into the person you know you were meant to be.

I view therapy as a collaborative and integrative process that is grounded in the human capacity for change.

The goal of our therapeutic relationship is to develop insight and transformative growth to allow for healing, resulting in a more abundant life filled with purpose and meaning. I believe in creating a safe, warm, respectful, and compassionate environment for us to explore patterns, painful emotions, and alleviation of symptoms at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
