Our work together will be centered on your vision for yourself.
We’ll take things at your pace. This is your time. Your time to be heard – to be validated – to feel safe enough to let your guard down.
You get to decide what we talk about each time we meet. But even if you’re not sure what to talk about, that’s okay, too! We’ll figure it out together.
As you’re ready, we’ll discuss the difficult topics that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to help you explore yourself, your thinking, and your relationships at a deeper level. We’ll find patterns and underlying meaning in your life experiences.
This is where the healing begins.
My goal is for you to feel completely at ease during our time together. We’ll just sit back and let the conversation flow.
Together, we will deepen your understanding of how you arrived where you are today, and we’ll learn what you need to find lasting peace, joy, and fulfillment.
Why me?
I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2003 from Loyola University Chicago, and I’m a licensed psychotherapist.
In our work together, you’ll find me to be warm and gentle, yet honest. Whether you’re ready to talk or you need help finding the right words, I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at.
The very thing that I love is helping clients just like you find that spark again! And after 20 years, I still consider it a privilege.
