Restorative Healing is seeking new therapists to join our practice!
Both part-time and full-time positions available ~ W-2 employee status
If you’re looking for a practice where you can focus on your clients without having to worry about administrative duties and billing, this may be the practice for you. We have created an environment where we do our best to listen to our therapists’ needs and offer as much support as possible. This allows our therapists to put their energy into their clients and provide
exceptional therapy.
Requirements:
- Therapists must be licensed in the state of Illinois (LSW/LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LMFT)
- Must have excellent clinical skills and enjoy both collaborating and working
independently. - Some evening availability is required
- Manage your own schedule
- Complete treatment plans and clinical notes within 24 hours of session
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism
- Flexibility for both in-person and teletherapy (primarily in-person)
- ~18 sessions/week for part-time
- ~25 sessions/week for full-time
Pay is based on billable hours and is determined by your experience and the size of the
caseload you’re looking to maintain. Administrative pay is provided for monthly staff meetings.
